- Barang dengan cacat produksi atau yang tidak menyala dapat diajukan klaim garansi.
- Barang yang terpapar tumpahan cairan tidak dapat diajukan klaim garansi.
- Barang yang diterima harus dibuka dan di-video saat proses unboxing untuk keperluan klaim
garansi.
- Apabila barang dipesan secara indent, pembeli diwajibkan untuk membayar uang muka DP sebesar 50%, dan T/T 50% setelah barang siap untuk dikirim di kantor atau gudang.
- Perusahaan akan menerbitkan Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST) sebagai bukti penyelesaian pengiriman barang.
